Why Nurtrace exists

When a family takes on the care of someone they love at home, they inherit a second job nobody trained them for: coordinating medications, nurses, schedules, supplies, doctor visits, and a thousand small decisions — usually across a group chat, a paper notebook, and someone's memory.

Nurtrace started with one family living exactly that. The tools that existed were built for hospitals and agencies — big, cold, and priced for institutions. Nothing was built for the family at the center of it. So we built it.

Nurtrace is the shared home for one patient's care: everyone on the team sees what they should, logs what they do, and nothing falls between shifts. It's designed to be picked up by a tired person at 2 AM and still make sense.

What we believe

The family is the customer. Not the institution. Every screen is designed for the son, daughter, or spouse holding it all together — and for the nurses working alongside them.

Privacy is not a feature, it's the floor. Care data is intimate. Access is controlled person-by-person, section-by-section, enforced at the database itself. We don't sell data, run ads, or mine your records. Ever.

Honest software. Plain pricing, no lock-in — your data is exportable at any time, and leaving is always allowed.

The company

Nurtrace is built by Ferrolane, a small technology company that builds software that carries — tools that hold weight for the people depending on them.
